Juniper House

Juniper House is a modern A-frame on a 0.32-acre lot on Tirol Drive, in the pines on the hill above Incline Village. Black siding and a black metal roof frame a tall wall of glass, and the patio out front has room for a fire pit and a row of Adirondack chairs.

Inside, polished concrete floors run through the main level under pale wood ceilings. The kitchen has a concrete island on a fluted oak base and a farmhouse sink, the living room has a gas fireplace, and a long table seats ten under the open loft. Owners get passes to Incline Beach, Ski Beach and Burnt Cedar Beach, about five minutes down the hill.
