In January 2013 a pipe burst under the kitchen of a cabin in Carnelian Bay while its owners were home in San Francisco. Corinne Halvorsen was running rentals for a Tahoe City company, and she drove over at 2am with a wet vac.
The owners had bought the summer before. Nobody had told them the crawl space needed heat tape, or that their cabin rented best in February, the month they kept for themselves.
Corinne had held her Nevada and California licenses since 2012. In 2014 she opened Stackly to sell weekend homes with that information on the listing. Graham opened Cape Cod in 2017, Tessa the Outer Banks in 2019 and Derek Lake Norman in 2021.

Corinne Halvorsen
Founder and Principal Broker, Lake Tahoe
Covers the North and West Shores and runs the Reno office. She has shoveled more cabin roofs than she cares to count, and she still checks every Tahoe crawl space herself before a listing goes up.
Graham Eldredge
Advisor, Cape Cod
Ran cottage renovations in Chatham and Orleans for ten years, so he reads the Title 5 report before the listing. Joined in 2017 and lives in Brewster.
Tessa Midgett
Advisor, Outer Banks
Grew up in Manteo and spent seven years in a Kill Devil Hills rental office, working the phones on Saturday changeover days. Joined in 2019.
Derek Hollins
Advisor, Lake Norman
Built docks and boat lifts on Lake Norman for eleven years before he sold the houses behind them. Opened our Lake Norman desk in 2021.
